Customer Management

Managing the customer database from the Admin Panel

Customer List

Go to Customers to see all registered customers. You can search by name, phone, or email, and export the list as CSV.

Customer Details

Click a customer to view:

  • Contact details and addresses
  • Complete purchase history
  • Loyalty point balance
  • Account book (if credit account is enabled)

Loyalty Program Configuration

Go to Settings → Loyalty to configure:

  • Points earned per currency unit spent
  • Redemption rate (e.g. 100 points = $1 discount)
  • Expiry period for points

Vouchers

Create vouchers under Customers → Vouchers. Assign them to specific customers or make them general-use. Vouchers can be single-use or multi-use with a value or percentage discount.

Customer Account Book

Customers can have a running credit balance (account book). Enable this per customer from their profile. The account book tracks all credits, debits, and outstanding balances.
