POS App Overview

What the CloudPOS POS app does, who uses it, how these docs are organised, and the demo story used as the worked example on every page.

CloudPOS POS is the point-of-sale app that store staff use every day. It runs on Windows desktops, Android and iOS tablets, and phones. One app covers supermarket billing, restaurant counters, waiters, the kitchen, stock, purchases, accounts and reports.

The app is built for shops and restaurants in Saudi Arabia and India. It handles tax-inclusive prices, ZATCA e-invoicing (Saudi Arabia), Arabic and English receipts, and works offline when the internet drops.

How these docs are organised

Each page starts with what staff see and do, in numbered steps. A How it works part follows for owners, managers and the AI assistant. It explains rules, settings and numbers. Each page ends with links to the matching API reference pages.

Start here:

  1. Getting started — install, API key, login, choose a store, first sync.
  2. Navigation and roles — every menu item and who sees it.
  3. Billing — make your first sale.

Owner and setup pages:

Developers and integrators: see the API reference. It lists every endpoint the app calls, with request and response examples.
